Boutique Spaces currently owns nine commercial properties in the Boksburg / Benoni area, which can accommodate sole practitioners to medium sized organisations.

Our philosophy
Studies show that the built environment - especially where we work, given that we tend to spend more waking time there than in our homes - has a huge impact on our health and happiness.  We understand this and focus on creating spaces with an aesthetic environment that reduces stress and ultimately leads to better health.

We believe that the outdoor environment is just as important as the inside office space and as a result, we create 'living' spaces where you can relax, as well as work.  Most of our properties have mature trees in landscaped gardens, allowing you to go for a walk and take a breath of fresh air when needed, or just providing a beautiful view from your windows.
